Lakesha Robinson

President - CEO

Lakesha has worked in the nonprofit sector for over 10 years, serving in diverse roles throughout her tenure. She has experience in program development, policy analysis, and quality assurance. She is an analytical and a conceptual thinker who effectively partners with senior managers to assess opportunities, facilitate strategic decisions, and drive successful implementations. Over the last few years, Lakesha has worked to build productive working relationships with all project stakeholders, and motivating the project team to achieve. She has managed a broad array of projects in industries ranging from financial services and health care, to education and philanthropy.

Projects include:

• Operational audits

• Project management office design and implementation for large, cross-functional projects

• Post-mergers and acquisitions business restructuring and systems integration

• Organizational planning

• Facilitating executive retreats

Lakesha’s ability to assess complex situations and identify appropriate solutions underscores her ability to gain meaningful insight and follow up with thorough analysis. She is particularly skilled at group facilitation and enjoys forging consensus among people with diverging ideas and opinions. After earning her B.S. in Human and Environmental Studies from South East Missouri State she continued her education and earned a Masters in Social Work from St. Louis University.

Kendra Thornton

COO

Kendra is chief operating officer for LMR Enterprise. Kendra is committed to driving strong results while transforming the way agencies serve their customer. She is also passionate about empowering staff and associates with technology and training that helps them grow and succeed in their careers.

As COO, Kendra reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and assists her in providing day-to-day oversight of operations and leading a five-member leadership team responsible for all of business lines, including membership, professional development, global programs, research, and outreach, plus such support functions as finance, HR, and IT. She has extensive knowledge of the financial and programmatic implications of these business lines and their contributions to our mission.        

Brianna Dittlinger

Clinical Specialist 

I, Brianna Dittlinger, am the Clinical Specialist here at LMR Enterprise. I have a Bachelors of Social Work from Murray State University, a Masters of Social Work from the University of Missouri, Columbia, and am a Licensed Master’s Social Worker. My clinical experience spans from advocating for rape trauma survivors, assisting patients at an acute psychiatric hospital, serving at-risk youth, and providing family therapy to those in need. My passion is to provide quality, holistic, enriching programs to youth and their families. I strive to empower individuals to live a full, joyous, rewarding, and adventurous life, and am passionate about the work that I do.
